When ordering through our website you will have a choice of three different services for for your shipment. The following chart shows the three types of service and the charges for each service. The actual shipping delivery options and charges are chosen and displayed in the Shopping Cart before the order is presented for confirmation. You will be able to review the shipping charges before actually placing your order.

Ground orders to Hawaii will be shipped via US Mail.

Non defective returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Customer must pay for return shipping. No returns allowed without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from DPN.

How do I pay for an international order?
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

*Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping items to a destination outside the U.S.
